Breath alcohol simulator is a device that is used to accurately replicate an air sample with strictly controlled alcohol content that simulates human breath. Thanks to the patented solution, Guth Laboratories, Inc. simulators deliver very precise samples of mixture of the air and ethyl alcohol. The most advanced alcohol breath test simulator, Guth 12V500 utilizes patented solutions of Guth Laboratories which make it highly accurate and reliable.

Accessories

Ampoules

Certified alcohol stock solution is produced according to quality standards, using highest quality water and and ethyl alcohol. You can prepare a precise concentration of a solution by properly mixing the contents of the ampoule with purified water in a 500 ml Class A volumetric flask. The solution is now ready for use in alcohol breath test simulators for testing or calibration of breath alcohol testing devices.

Concentration:
Ampoules with certified alcohol stock solution are produced in standard concentrations that give an alcohol breath test device the following readings:
0,05 % (0,5 ‰) 0,02 % (0,2 ‰) 0,10 % (1 ‰) 0,15 % (1,5 ‰)

Ampoules with custom concentrations are also available.

Pumps

Available air pumps simulate human breath characteristics thanks to unique function of simulating the fall of pressure in the breathed out air (time and variables regulated in the span of 1-23 seconds).

Semi-automatic version of a pump with 10 or 20 L/m airflow in lightweight and durable housing is also available.

Containers

Guth Laboratories glass containers ensure proper working conditions for alcohol solutions. High thermal capacity helps with maintaining optimal temperature of the solution.

IMPORTANT
If you notice any damages to the container (cracks, fractures) or leakage of container, it should be replaced immediately. Damaged glass container may be the cause of incorrect operation of the simulator.

Special mouthpieces that filter the air and protect the inlets from solid objects, saliva and excessive water vapours.
